Step 1: Exfoliate thoroughly before using the device.

Step 2: Steadily hold the epilator onto your skin. When you apply too much pressure, the SensoSmart™ light signals red.

Step 3: Run the epilator in an upward motion against the direction that which the hairs are growing. This lifts the shorter hairs giving you a smoother finish.

Step 4: Take about 15 seconds from ankle to knee. Going too fast risks breaking the hair which may lead to ingrown hairs.

Step 5: Moisturise after using the device for silky, smooth skin.

When the unit is switched off, push down on the release button on the back of the device. This will unclip the head you are currently using and another attachment can be clipped into place.

Rinse the device after shaving, trimming or epilating to remove any cut hairs. Ensure to take off any caps that have been used to clean them thoroughly. Leave your epilator to dry completely before using the cleaning brush to get rid of any hairs that may remain. Then place the device in its pouch for safekeeping.

Designed as an epilator for hair removal when wet, the Braun Silk-épil 9-720 is 100% waterproof and can be used in the bath and the shower.
